The Story so Far
Carl T. Foster was critically injured during an arrest Jan. 12 by Coquille Police Officers James Bryant and Chris Webley. The officers were seeking Foster following a criminal mischief complaint the previous day. He has been in a Eugene hospital since the incident. Doctors determined Foster was paralyzed from the neck down by his injuries. The Coos County district attorney will convene a grand jury Feb. 22 to hear evidence in the case. Read initial story
