Meet this week’s dog and cat available for adoption at the Coos County Animal Shelter in The World’s feature, “Pets of the Week.”
A reference number is provided with the photo for each pet. This week’s pets are:
• Doc is a 9-month-old male Shepherd mix. Volunteers say he’s cute and very sweet. His adoption includes a low-cost neuter. Case number D09-315.
• Nina is an adult spayed female shorthair, white and tabby cat. She’s described as very outgoing and nice. Her adoption includes a special package. Case number C993.
The Coos County Animal Shelter is at 92960 Southport Road south of Coos Bay. Shelter hours are from noon to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays.
