Travis R. Kendall

A celebration of life for Travis R. Kendall, 26, of Myrtle Point, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24, at Amling/Schroeder Funeral Service, 404 Seventh St., Myrtle Point.
Travis was born Oct. 30, 1983, in Coquille to John and Julie (Gibbs) Kendall. He died Nov. 17, 2009, in Myrtle Point.
He was raised and went to school in Myrtle Point.
He had a great love for the outdoors, logging, hunting and his favorite, fishing. It was often said that he could catch a fish in the middle of a gravel road.
Travis is survived by his sons, Thomas and Theren Kendall of Myrtle Point; parents, John Kendall of Myrtle Point and Julie Gibbs of Coquille; sister, Kayla Kendall of Myrtle Point; grandparents, Tom and Betty Kendall of Myrtle Point and Lois Gibbs of Sutherlin; uncles, Darrin Gibbs and Tuck Kendall; and numerous aunts, uncles and other family members.
Arrangements are under the direction of Amling/Schroeder Funeral Service – Myrtle Point Chapel, 572-2524.
