Pickup crash leads to arrest
Coos County deputies arrested a Coquille man Thursday following a two-vehicle accident on Fairview Road. Deputies responded to milepost 5 on the county road to a report of a suspicious white pickup. Police found two men walking in the middle of the road and determined they had been involved in a traffic accident with two vehicles going down an embankment.
Police jail man after traffic stop
Coos Bay police arrested David Taylor, 29, on a probation violation and a charge of possession of methamphetamine this morning.
