You can’t have it both ways. Either a defendant is proven guilty or not. If not, then the defendant is innocent.
District's miserly ploy hurts students
Recently a writer to this forum suggested that teachers should forgo union involvement and focus on helping students in the classroom. The way North Bend teachers see it, helping students is exactly why we are negotiating for an improved contract.
