The Fall soccer season for the Boys & Girls Club of Southwestern Oregon came to a close last weekend with a fifth/sixth-grade tournament at North Bay School.
The Mustangs, a team coached by Erik Johnson and sponsored by C & S Fire Safe Services, won three games during the day to take the championship.
In the title game, the Mustangs beat the Reedsport Ding Dongs, coached by Floyd Charlton. The Ding Dongs, sponsored by Jake’s Body & Paint, won two other games and lost one during the day.
Third place went to North Bend, coached by Tracy Diefenbaugh and sponsored by DB Western.
