Coastal Douglas Has Talent!, a talent show and fundraiser for the Reedsport Rotary Club, will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday at Pacific Auditorium in Reedsport. About a dozen performers of a variety of ages will compete, and PBA & the Hot Flashes will perform. $5. 271-5386, 271-2101.

“Barefoot in the Park” continues through Sunday at Theatre 101 in Port Orford. Newlyweds with divergent personalities adjust to their new life, eccentric neighbors and parents in this Neil Simon comedy. Show times are 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. $10. “Sentimental Journey,” the sixth-annual Little Ole Big Band show, will be presented Nov. 13-15 at Little Theatre on the Bay. Singers, dancers with jazz and big band music from 1920-1960s. Show times are 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. $6-$10. www.ltob.net.

The Friday Foreign Film series at Coos Bay Public Library continues at 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 13, with “Munyurangabo.” The award-winning Kinyarwandan language film features two boys, one Hutu and one Tutsi, on a journey in the aftermath of genocide in Rwanda. 269-1101.

Opening

An exhibit of the Bay Area Artists Association opens today at Southwestern Oregon Community College in Eden Hall. Includes 44 works in a variety of media by 21 local artists. Runs through Nov. 30.

The Bay Area Artists Association Regional Juried Exhibition continues at the Coos Art Museum through Dec. 5. Paintings, photography, sculpture, collage, glass, jewelry and fiber arts.
