The following are theft and criminal mischief reports from police logs.
Coos Bay
• Nov. 1, 9:20 a.m., an attempted burglary was reported in the 600 block of South Wasson Street.
• Nov. 1, 10:24 a.m., domestic harassment was reported in the 700 block of Date Avenue.
• Nov. 1, 10:28 a.m., someone stole a gas-powered bicycle in the 200 block of North 14th Street.
• Nov. 1, 12:23 p.m., a cell phone was stolen at Bayshore Motel, 1685 N. Bayshore Drive.
• Nov. 1, 12:44 p.m., vandalism was reported at Jim Vick Auto Sales, 1297 Ocean Blvd.
• Nov. 1, 3:37 p.m., someone was dumping furniture behind Kmart, 3111 Ocean Blvd.
• Nov. 1, 4:19 p.m., a stolen vehicle was reported at Walmart, 2051 Newmark Ave.
• Nov. 1, 6:33 p.m., an assault was reported at Sunset Middle School, 245 S. Cammann St.
• Nov. 1, 6:39 p.m., a fight was reported in the 1600 block of Ocean Boulevard.
• Nov. 1, 6:46 p.m., police arrested a 23-year-old man on a restraining order violation in the 300 block of Ackerman Street.
• Nov. 1, 9:39 a.m., a shoplifter was detained at Safeway, 230 Johnson Ave. Police arrested a 38-year-old man on a probation violation.
• Nov. 2, 6:17 a.m., a burglary was reported in the 1000 block of Vista Way.
• Nov. 2, 7:37 a.m., someone unlawfully entered a vehicle in the 200 block of South 10th Street.
• Nov. 2, 8:35 a.m., a vehicle was stolen in the 1000 block of Newmark Avenue.
• Nov. 2 11:07 a.m., someone tried to run a man over with a vehicle in the 100 block of South Wasson Street.
• Nov. 2, 1:05 p.m., someone dumped garbage in the 1000 block of Newmark Avenue.
• Nov. 2, 1:05 p.m., a hit-and-run was reported in the 1000 block of North Seventh Street.
• Nov. 2, 1:28 p.m., vandalism was reported at Sixth Street and Kingwood Avenue.
• Nov. 2, 1:29 p.m., criminal trespassing was reported in the 300 block of Fifth Street.
• Nov. 2, 5:01 p.m., police seized drugs in the 1000 block of Ingersoll Avenue.
• Nov. 2, 5:21 p.m., a fight was reported in the 400 block of Central Avenue.
• Nov. 2, 8:24 p.m., a fight was reported at Walmart.
• Nov. 2, 11:15 p.m., vehicles were racing near Broadway and Curtis Avenue.
• Nov. 2, 11:50 p.m., a Yellow Cab driver reported a 53-year-old man did not pay for his ride in the 500 block of Johnson Avenue.
North Bend
• Oct. 30, 9:21 a.m., graffiti was reported at Jurgen’s Jewelers, 1911 Newmark St.
• Oct. 30, 8:07 p.m., police cited an 18-year-old man on a charge of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and warned him for carrying a bottle rocket outside North Bend Middle School, 1500 16th St.
• Oct. 30, 9:30 p.m., police stopped a vehicle and warned the driver for an unsignaled lane change at the intersection of McPherson and Virginia avenues. Police also cited a passenger on a charge of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and arrested another one on a probation violation.
• Oct. 30, 11:02 p.m., people were smashing pumpkins near the intersection of Oregon Avenue and Liberty Street. Police arrested a 26-year-old Coos Bay man on a Clark County warrant charge and cited five North Bend minors on drinking charges.
• Oct. 31, 11:57 a.m., someone stole sunglasses and compact discs out of a vehicle in the 1000 block of California Avenue.
• Oct. 31, 3:26 p.m., a lock box was broken into at Pony Village Mall, 1611 Virginia Ave.
• Nov. 1, 1:08 a.m., police cited a 56-year-old Coos Bay man on a charge of first-degree criminal trespassing at The Mill Casino-Hotel, 3201 Tremont Ave.
• Nov. 1, 1:54 a.m., police cited a 23-year-old North Bend man with furnishing a place for a minor to consume alcohol near the intersection of Florida and Union avenues.
• Nov. 1, 1:58 a.m., a man dressed as a sailor stole a case of beer from Ashworth’s Market, 1585 Sherman Ave.
• Nov. 1, 2:54 a.m., police responded to a loud party in the 800 block of Wall Street. Medics took an extremely intoxicated man to Bay Area Hospital. The music was turned down.
• Nov. 1, 10:44 a.m., someone stole an ax out of the bed of a truck parked in the 2000 block of Grant Street.
• Nov. 1, 11:42 a.m., a vehicle’s mirror was broken off in the 2900 block of Myrtle Street.
• Nov. 1, 12:24 p.m., graffiti was reported on a stop sign at the sound end of the intersection between Lombard and Myrtle streets.
• Nov. 1, 12:26 p.m., graffiti was reported on the hood of a car parked in the 1200 block of Winsor Avenue.
• Nov. 1, 4 p.m., a statue was stolen off a rock wall in the 2300 block of Ash Street.
• Nov. 1, 6:53 p.m., a U-Haul truck was reported stolen Friday in the 2200 block of Virginia Avenue. Oregon State Police recovered the vehicle following a crash near Bend.
• Nov. 2, 8:39 a.m., a man reported someone broke into his vehicle, stealing cassette tapes and his prescription medications in the 2000 block of Marion Street.
• Nov. 2, 11:15 a.m., North Bend Middle School staff called police after finding drugs on a student. Police warned the student for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
Coquille
• Nov. 1, 12:19 a.m., criminal trespassing was reported at The Coquille Broiler, 2 N. Central Blvd.
• Nov. 1, 1 a.m., a fight was reported near the intersection of Birch and First streets.
• Nov. 2, 5:21 p.m., a fight was reported in the 400 block of Central Boulevard.
Reedsport
• Nov. 1, 3:49 a.m., police arrested a 21-year-old Alaskan man on charges of disorderly conduct, harassment and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana in the 1900 block of Birch Avenue.
• Nov. 1, 12:57 p.m., someone stole a debit card at the Tides Inn, 346 N. Fourth St.
• Nov. 3, 1:59 a.m., three males reportedly ran out of Reedsport High School building. A custodian said nothing was missing or damaged.
Bandon
• Oct. 30, 10:45 a.m., a pair of black binoculars was stolen at the West Coast Game Park Safari, 46914 Highway 101.
• Oct. 30, 11:41 a.m., someone broke into cabins and stole a saw on Beach Loop Drive.
• Oct. 31, 3:56 p.m., a vacant residence was vandalized in the 1000 block of Elmira Avenue.
• Nov. 1, 1:23 a.m., a fight was reported at Fraser’s Quarterdeck Lounge, 1032 Oregon Ave. S.W. Police arrested two 31-year-old Bandon men on disorderly conduct charges.
• Nov. 2, 4:17 p.m., a family dispute was reported in the 1000 block of Harvard Street.
• Nov. 2, 9:21 p.m., someone saw a cougar in the area of Beach Loop and Jupiter Lane.
Coos County
• Oct. 30, 5:45 p.m., a vehicle was vandalized in the 97800 block of Gravelford Road.
• Nov. 1, 12:24 a.m., an assault was reported in the Hauser area. Police arrested a 23-year-old man on a parole violation.
• Nov. 1, 2:09 a.m., a Chevy Lumina was stolen on East Bay Road.
• Nov. 1, 5:52 a.m., a vehicle smashed two mailboxes and some garbage cans in the 68100 block of Ridge Road.
• Nov. 2, 7:37 a.m., someone stole a purse from a vehicle in the 63000 block of Andrews Road.
