Dentists, helpers inspire smiles

Oregon Coast Community Action would like to thank the Medical Teams International dental van for the services provided at the Newmark Center on Oct. 9. The dental van serves low-income children and adults, without dental insurance, who have urgent dental needs.
With the generous donation of time and services of local dentists Dr. Dane Smith and Dr. Sam Scott, as well as hygienists Astrid Diepenbroeck and Terry Ouderkirk, the van was able to help 28 individuals.
With the help and support of local dentists and hygienists, the dental van will be making monthly visits to the Newmark Center.
