Medics took a Coquille woman to a hospital Thursday following a two-vehicle crash in Coos Bay.

Shoplifting report leads to drug bust
Coquille police arrested Ann Yoakam, 48, of Coos Bay on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and third-degree theft. Officers had responded to McKay’s Market, 400 N. Central Blvd., to a report of a shoplifter.
Forged checks bring identity theft charge
Coquille police arrested a Coos Bay man, charging that he cashed several forged checks totaling about $600.
Gas purchase buys suspect a trip to jail
Coos Bay police arrested a Coos Bay man Thursday on charges he used a stolen credit card to buy fuel.
