Umpqua Dairy recipe contest
Umpqua Dairy is looking for some fabulous cooks. Specifically, cooks with winning recipes. Umpqua Dairy is holding a recipe contest this fall with fabulous prizes and will crown a grand prize winner at a cook-off on Nov. 7, in Roseburg.
‘Cookin’ with Umpqua Dairy Recipe Contest’ will run through Oct. 24. There are three categories for consumers to enter their favorite family or personal recipe using Umpqua Dairy products. Categories are appetizer/side dish; entrée/main dish and dessert. Three finalists will be selected in each category. Those nine cooks will be invited to Roseburg on Nov. 7, for a recipe cook-off. Winners will be featured in the “2010 Cookin’ with Umpqua Dairy Cookbook.”
