Red Cross needs helpers

The American Red Cross is seeking new disaster response volunteers.
Pre-register by calling the Red Cross office in Eugene at (541) 344-5244. All Disaster Training classes are held at the Red Cross Training Facility, 693 Central Ave., Coos Bay.

• Fulfilling Our Mission from 6 to 9 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 22.
• Mass Care from 6 to 10 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 29.
• Client Casework Part 1 from 6 to 10 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 6.
• Client Casework Part 2 from 6 to 10 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 13
• Shelter Operations from 6 to 10 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 20
• Shelter Simulations from 6 to 10 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27
• Disaster Assessment from 6 to 10 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 3
• DAT Team Orientation from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11.
