Vandals shoot out windows
Coos Bay police are searching for suspects in a string of vandalism that damaged businesses, vehicles and homes throughout the city Sunday morning. They estimate the damage, caused by BB gun pellets, could be more than $10,000.

Drugs bring arrest
Reedsport police arrested Jason L. Fishel, 19, of Reedsport, Saturday on charges of possession of hashish, possession of Oxycodone, possession with intent to distribute and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was booked into jail in Reedsport on Saturday and taken to Douglas County jail in Roseburg, where he was being held this morning on $151,250 bail.

Medics took a Sutherlin woman to a hospital Saturday following a single-vehicle accident on state Highway 38 near Scottsburg.
