A Roseburg woman is making another run at unseating Rep. Peter DeFazio, D-Ore.

Jaynee Germond has filed for the 2010 Republican primary in Oregon's Fourth Congressional District. She ran against DeFazio as a Constitution Party candidate in 2008, garnering 14 percent of the vote.

Germond had to shutter her business due to the economic downturn and portrays herself as an alternative to the leadership in Washington.

"I am not a politician. I am a representative," she said in a press release.

Good luck, unless he kills someone he has the seat for as long as he wants it. He is doing a great job looking out for Oregon.
