Coos Bay police have identified a man they believe might be connected to the Coos Bay Wells Fargo robbery on Friday.

Police are looking for Dean J. Perri, 39, formerly of Coos Bay. Perri is described as more than six feet tall, with a medium build and numerous tattoos. He is associated with a green 1993 Ford Taurus with Oregon license plate 615ACS. Perri also is a person of interest in an armed robbery in Woodburn. Perri is considered armed and dangerous and should not be confronted, police said in a press release.

The Coos Bay suspect was reported to be in his 30s or 40s, about 6 feet tall, with a medium build and a dark complexion or suntan.

According to an FBI press release, a man robbed the Woodburn Wells Fargo bank branch around 10:30 a.m. Monday. Police did not say whether that is the Woodburn robbery linked to the Coos Bay case. The FBI said today the Woodburn suspect was white, about 30 years old and 6-foot-4-inches tall, weighing about 180 pounds. He had a goatee and was wearing a baseball hat. He escaped in a green Ford Taurus with a fin on it.
