Fourth of July tourney planned

Bandon Crossings is gearing up for its second-annual Fourth of July tournament, a two-day 54-hole event that starts on July 4.
The tournament is for two-person teams, and includes 36 holes on July 4 and 18 more on July 5.
The teams will play best ball the morning of July 4 and scramble that afternoon. The format July 5 will be modified chapman.
Each day, the tournament begins with a shotgun start at 9 a.m.
Dinner will follow Saturday’s round at Home on the Range, included in the entry fee.
The registration deadline is Wednesday. The entry fee is $175 per player. A practice round is available Friday for an additional $25.
