The following are theft and criminal mischief reports from area police department logs.
Coos Bay
• July 2, 12:12 a.m., a family dispute was reported in the 300 block of East Street.
• July 2, 1:43 a.m., criminal trespassing was reported in the 1400 block of Myrtle Avenue.
• July 2, 9:21 a.m., a hit-and-run accident was reported at an unknown location.
• July 2, 11:18 a.m., someone broke into a vacation house on the West Fork of the Millicoma River.
• July 2, 11:55 a.m., a fawn was injured near Koosbay Boulevard and Yew Street.
• July 2, 3:28 p.m., a transient camp was reported on Ocean Boulevard near the Waterboard.
• July 2, 3:52 p.m., a man threatened to kill a dog in the parking lot of Bay Area Hospital, 1775 Thompson Road.
• July 2, 5:25 p.m., child neglect was reported in the 1000 block of Anderson Avenue.
• July 2, 6:07 p.m., a dog fight was reported on Fenwick Avenue.
• July 2, 9:15 p.m., roaming vicious dogs were reported in the 900 block of Crocker Street.
• July 2, 9:58 p.m., gunshots were heard on Idaho Drive.
• July 2, 11:58 p.m., someone set a firework off on the front porch of a home in the 200 block of Second Avenue.
• July 3, 12:21 a.m., a prowler was reported in the 300 block of Fourth Avenue.
• July 3, 2:09 a.m., criminal trespassing was reported at Super 8, 1001 N. Bayshore Drive.
North Bend
• July 2, 2:46 p.m., someone slashed a vehicle's tires in the 500 block of Wall Street.
• July 2, 5:20 p.m., someone broke into a vehicle in the 1800 block of 16th Street.
• July 3, 12:57 a.m., someone threw a rock into a car windshield at the Sizzler Restaurant, 3390 Broadway Ave.
Coquille
• July 2, 8:50 p.m., criminal trespassing was reported at Safeway, 155 E. First Street.
Reedsport
• July 2, 9:09 p.m., someone keyed a vehicle in the 700 block of Mill Avenue.
Bandon
• July 1, 9:30 a.m., a dog chased people in the 900 block of Delaware Avenue.
