Estuary plans party to mark 35th year

The South Slough National Estuarine Research Reserve is celebrating 35 years and invites the community to an estuary party to celebrate.
The interpretive center event is scheduled from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 11, at 61907 Seven Devils Road. From noon to 2 p.m., there will be a meet-and-greet event in which visitors can tour exhibits and meet the slough staff. From 2 to 5 p.m., there will be a North Creek trail hike and footbridge dedication.
