Police arrest two in family disputes

Coos Bay police arrested two Coos Bay men in separate family disputes Tuesday.
Officers responded to 1657 Southwest Blvd., after a neighbor called 911 to report a dispute, said Capt. Mitts. They arrested Daniel Hill, 28, on charges of fourth-degree domestic assault and possession of a schedule-2 controlled substance. He was taken to Coos County jail, where he was being held this morning on $12,500 bail.
Later, officers responded to 1510 Teakwood Ave., where a 70-year-old woman reported a fight. Officers arrested Tad Roane, 21, on a domestic harassment charge and probation violation. He was taken to Coos County jail, where he was being held this morning without bail. |
