Jessica Ann Grabow of Billings, Mont., and Nicholas Ryan McKelvey of Coos Bay have announced their plans to marry.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Kurt and Mary Grabow of Billings. She is a Class of 2005 graduate of Billings Senior High and Class of 2009 graduate of Western Oregon University, where she majored in biology. She will be pursuing a postgraduate degree in biochemistry at Texas A&M in College Station, Texas.
The future groom is the son of Mark and Carla McKelvey of Coos Bay. He graduated from Marshfield High School in 2005 and Western Oregon University, majoring in business, in 2009.
