Coos Bay woman arrested on assault, drug charges
At about 2:07 a.m. Sunday, police went to a location on Newmark Avenue near the armory to a report of someone needing an ambulance. There, officers arrested Kristi Kuehn, 25, of Coos Bay on two counts of fourth-degree assault and possession of a controlled substance. She was taken to the Coos County jail and released Monday.

Scottsburg crash sends one to hospital
A Dillard man hurt his hand in a one-car accident Tuesday on state Highway 38 near Scottsburg.
