Tiffany Rutherford and Kier Thurber, both of Coos Bay, have announced their plans to marry in August 2009 at Shore Acres Botanical Gardens.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Stephen and Diane Rutherford of Coos Bay.
The future groom is the son of Glen Thurber of Coos Bay and Cherri Linday of Ajo, Ariz. |
