Logging accident leaves one in critical condition

A North Bend men was injured in a logging accident outside Coquille on Sunday afternoon.

According to the Coos County Sheriff's Office log, Brett Clarno, 31, possibly broke both legs and his right arm in a logging accident near milepost 4.25 of North Bank Lane. Medics took him to Bay Area Hospital and was later flown to Legacy Emanuel Hospital in Portland. A spokeswoman said he was listed in serious condition this morning.
