NORTH BEND — Juli and Nikki Lovelace, mother and daughter, are working together to make other people’s lives stress free. Both are cosmetology experts who specialize in making people more beautiful at their new Virginia Street Day Spa.
“We focus on the relaxation and pampering as well as being a full-service salon,” Juli Lovelace said.
Juli is a former teacher at Hair We Are, a cosmetology school in North Bend. Nikki received her training there. They opened Virginia Street Day Spa, at 2001 Union Ave., in January.
The small salon caters to clients of all ages, male or female. It is broken into small areas where a person can be pampered in a private and relaxing setting.
The salon offers services for hair, nails and skin that range from haircuts, coloring, perms, treatments and masques, to acrylic nails and facials. There are a dozen nail services and even more choices for the skin, including hair removal options.
Just for the feet alone there are seven different kinds of beauty treatments available.
For relaxation, the Lovelaces offer four types of massages and package deals designed specifically for men, women and for the different seasons of the year.
Seniors and those in the military are offered discounts. Walk-ins are welcome. The salon is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays. For more information, call the salon at 808-0297. |
