The following are theft and criminal mischief reports from area police department logs.
Coos Bay
• Jan. 5, 7:49 a.m., a dispute was reported at the intersection of Schoneman Street and Flanagan Avenue.
• Jan. 5, 9:31 a.m., students were loitering outside Burger King, 881 S. First St.
• Jan. 5, 10:51 a.m., police cited three men after finding them drinking alcohol in Ed Lund Park.
• Jan. 5, 12:15 p.m., graffiti was reported on the back door of Umpqua Bank, 700 S. Broadway.
• Jan. 5, 1:14 p.m., a hit-and-run accident was reported in the parking lot of North Bend Medical Center, 1900 Woodland Drive.
• Jan. 5, 2:55 p.m., fraud was reported in the 600 block of Central Avenue.
• Jan. 5, 3:14 p.m., criminal trespassing was reported at Marshfield High School, 1098 Ingersoll Ave.
• Jan. 6, 4:31 a.m., an assault was reported in the 1300 block of Crocker Street.
North Bend
• Jan. 5, 7:37 a.m., a family dispute was reported in the 2000 block of Inland Drive.
• Jan. 5, 10 a.m., a resident complained about a motor home parked in front of his residence for almost two weeks in the 1900 block of Monroe Street. Police contacted the vehicle’s owners and told them to move by 4 p.m. or it would be towed.
n Jan. 5, 2:31 p.m., a dead dog was found by the boat ramp in the 2000 block of Sheridan Avenue. Police determined the animal was abused but don’t have any suspects.
• Jan. 5, 5:32 p.m., a health department employee said two people were attempting to break into a car parked in front of the Coos County Annex, 1975 McPherson Ave. Officers responded and determined the two had locked their keys in their mother’s car and were trying to retrieve them.
Reedsport
• Jan. 5, 8:15 a.m., a burglary was reported in the 1300 block of Hawthorne Avenue.
• Jan. 5, 5:04 p.m., harassment was reported in the 1800 block of Oar Creek Road.
• Jan. 5, 7:47 p.m., a disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Greenwood Avenue.
Bandon
• Jan. 2, 9:47 p.m., a prowler was reported in the 700 block of Harrison Avenue.
• Jan. 2, 10:04 p.m., an assault was reported in the 1100 block of Harrison Avenue.
• Jan. 3, 12:07 a.m., a domestic dispute was reported in the 1200 block of Harlem Avenue.
• Jan. 4, 12:21 a.m., several juveniles were cited for minor in possession of alcohol in the 1600 block of Harvard Street.
• Jan. 4, 4:26 p.m., a shoplifter was reported at Ray’s Food Place, 66 Michigan Ave. S.E.
Coos County
• Jan. 4, 12:18 a.m. a dispute was reported in the 90700 block of Sandollar Road near Empire.
• Jan. 4, 4:36 a.m., a prowler was reported in the 62900 block of Isthmus Heights Road near Coos Bay.
• Jan. 5, 8:40 a.m., a welder was stolen in the 93700 block of White Lane.
• Jan. 5, 11:39 a.m., tags were stolen off a vehicle’s license plate in the 96200 block of Sun Lake Lane in Lakeside.
• Jan. 5, 12:14 p.m., theft by deception was reported in the 93700 block of Bay Park Lane in Bunker Hill.
• Jan. 5, 2 p.m., someone camping under Coalbank Slough Bridge reported being threatened in south Coos Bay.
• Jan. 5, 2:03 p.m., 25 rolls of copper wire were stolen from a work shed at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort.
• Jan. 5, 4:05 p.m., an assault was reported on Travis Street near Empire.
