A Coos Bay woman was hurt Sunday morning after her vehicle went off the pavement and struck a tree on Libby Road, just past Noah Road. The accident was reported at 9:45 a.m.

According to a Coos County Sheriff’s Office press log, Cheryl Tilton, 51, of Coos Bay was taken to Bay Area Hospital with a head injury. A hospital nursing supervisor said Tilton was treated and released.
