South Coast readers often have different preferences in reading material than those in other parts of the state and United States. Here are the top-five sellers this week at Books By the Bay in North Bend, according to owner Trish Price:
“Swallowing Darkness” by Laurell Hamilton continues the Meredith Gentry series, about a faerie princess who must conceive in order to receive her inheritance.
Vince Flynn’s “Extreme Measures” delivers a fast-pace thriller about the world of wars that are hidden even from political leaders.
“Redneck Dictionary III: Learning to Talk More Gooder Fastly” by Jeff Foxworthy is a hilarious new addition to this comic’s book list.
“Flat Belly Diet” by Cynthia Sass is designed to help women over age 40 live longer, healthier lives by getting rid of belly fat. Sass is the editor-in-chief of Prevention Magazine.
“Spyology” by Spencer Blake and Dugald Steer is the newest in the Ologies series. This one reveals secrets techniques for young spys. |
