The following are theft and criminal mischief reports from area police department logs.
Coos Bay
n Nov. 27, 3:32 a.m., a possible prowler was reported in the 1100 block of Central Avenue.
n Nov. 27, 9:46 a.m., someone abandoned a litter of small black and white puppies at the Lower Empire Lake in John Topits Park.
n Nov. 27, 11:17 a.m., someone broke into a Jeep and stole prescription drugs in the 1100 block of Idaho Avenue.
n Nov. 27, 5:27 p.m., three reports of illegal fireworks in the 900 block of Crocker Street.
n Nov. 27, 6:28 p.m., report of a hit-and-run crash in the 1000 block of Madison Avenue.
n Nov. 27, 7:04 p.m., complaint about illegal fireworks on Telegraph Hill.
n Nov. 27, 8:09 p.m., two people left without paying for beer at Safeway, 230 East Johnson Ave.
n Nov. 28, 12:41 a.m., police arrested a shoplifter at Wal-Mart, 2051 Newmark Ave.
North Bend
n Nov. 26, 6:40 a.m., an employee reported a man with food all over him was sleeping in the breakfast area of the Comfort Inn, 1503 Virginia Ave. Police took a report of burglary, theft and criminal trespassing.
n Nov. 26, 9:25 a.m., a hit-and-run accident was reported in the 2000 block of Sherman Avenue.
n Nov. 26, 11:07 a.m., a man was reportedly drinking alcohol in Oak Street Park.
n Nov. 26, 2:30 p.m., someone threatened a security officer at Pony Village Mall, 1611 Virginia Ave.
n Nov. 26, 4:49 p.m., a bank book and some checks were stolen from a vehicle parked outside North Bend Public Library, 1800 Sherman Ave.
n Nov. 26, 10:47 p.m., child abuse was reported in the 500 block of Commercial Street.
n Nov. 27, 2:10 a.m., reports of two prowlers shining flashlights in windows and digging in a trash can in the 1500 block of 16th Street.
n Nov. 27, 9:18 a.m., man left gas station at 1735 Virginia Ave. without paying for $50 in gas. Police contacted and sent him back to pay.
n Nov. 28, 1:50 a.m., police cited a man for trespassing at The Mill Casino, 3201 Tremont Ave.
n Nov. 28, 5:28 a.m., someone stole a bicycle in the 3600 block of Broadway Avenue.
Coquille
n Nov. 27, 12:08 a.m., a fight was reported at the Coquille Broiler, 2 N. Central Blvd.
n Nov. 27, 11:49 p.m., police arrested a 42-year-old man on a drunken driving charge.
Reedsport
n Nov. 26, 9:15 a.m., someone stole a digital camera in the 400 block of Camillia Street.
n Nov. 27, 1:25 a.m., someone was throwing items at an apartment door in the 1100 block of Ivy Street.
Bandon
n Nov. 25, 4:21 p.m., someone threw a rock at a pickup near Bandon High School, 455 Ninth St.
n Nov. 26, 12:07 a.m., criminal mischief was reported in Old Town Bandon.
Coos County
n Nov. 26, 1 a.m., criminal trespassing was reported at McKay’s Market, 200 S. Eighth St.
n Nov. 26, 7:51 a.m., a dispute was reported in the 62800 block of Poppy Lane.
