Yesterday, my wife and I were having lunch at the Red Lion Hotel and were looking east out of the big bay window toward the Coos River. We saw this ugly mass of rotting lumber of an old dock. Who do we complain to?

Harbor Commission? City of Coos Bay? Coos County? Division of Highways?

We love where we live and a little TLC along our waterfront would be wonderful.
