What: The Southwestern Oregon Community College Board of Education will hold two meetings next week.

When: 5 p.m., Monday, in Room 505, Tioga Hall, college, 1988 Newmark Ave., Coos Bay.

Topic: It will be a closed executive session to discuss labor and property negotiations, legal rights and personnel. A board can come out of executive session into an open meeting for decision-making.

When: 9 a.m., Wednesday, Tioga Room 105.

Topic: The meeting is a work session.
