Coos Bay police arrested a Coos Bay man Tuesday on an assault charge.
According to a Coos Bay police press release, at about 10:30 a.m., a woman reported she had been assaulted Nov. 6.
Officers arrested William Nakamura, 27, on charges of fourth-degree domestic assault and a felony probation violation. He was taken to Coos County jail, where he was being held without bail.
North Bend police arrested a North Bend man Tuesday on an assault charge.
According to the North Bend police log, at about 7:40 p.m., a woman came into the police station and reported she was assaulted Monday morning at 638 Commercial St.
Officers arrested Antonio Aldrete, 34, on a charge of felony fourth-degree domestic assault. He was taken to Coos County jail, where he was being held on $25,000.
