Langlois author Gail Morellen will discuss her recent book “No Broken Bones,” at 1 p.m. Saturday at the North Bend Public Library. The book tells the true story of failures of a state child-protection agency that has lost sight of its intended purpose, a press release said. This program is free and open to the public.
