Pilgrim lunch

“Let’s Do Lunch” will present its annual auction called “Pilgrims and Pumpkins” at 11:15 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, at the Red Lion Inn in Coos Bay. The event is sponsored by the Christian Women’s Club and the Coos Bay/North Bend Connection. The cost is $12 inclusive, and pre-registration is required. Day of community

Pain managment

Alternative healing expert Mark Files will present a class on medical marijuana for pain management from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at Colette’s, 3229 Broadway, Suite H in North Bend. Book sale

A book sale will be held by the Friends of the Coquille Library to fund a new library. The sale will be held in the Coquille Community Building, 105 N. Alder St. A preview sale for members of the Friends of the Coquille Library will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday.
