Thursday, October 30, 2008 |
Four 17-year-old boys may be charged on burglary and theft charges stemming from a case Friday in which someone stole personal items from lockers during the Marshfield High School football game.
Thieves entered the locker room, stealing items from the visiting Springfield team. The stolen property has been recovered, a Coos Bay Police Department press release said.
Officer Ken Labrousse, currently assigned as MHS’ school resource officer, investigated, with the assistance of MHS Security Staff Chris Adams and Dean of Students Greg Mulkey. School security surveillance aided with identifying the subjects, who will be referred to the Coos County Juvenile Department on charges of second-degree burglary, first-degree theft and conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary, first-degree theft.
