The following are theft and criminal mischief reports from area police department logs.
Coos Bay
• Oct. 29, 8:31 a.m., the back window of a car was broken in the 200 block of South Wasson Street.
• Oct. 29, 12:22 p.m., someone stole and then used an ATM card at Wal-Mart, 2051 Newmark Ave.
• Oct. 29, 3:37 p.m., syringes were found on South Fifth Street.
• Oct. 29, 4:22 p.m., someone cut a hole in a vehicle tire with a box cutter in the parking lot of Wal-Mart.
• Oct. 29, 5:59 p.m., burglary was reported in the 800 block of Seagate Avenue.
• Oct. 29, 7:56 p.m., criminal mischief was reported in the 1000 block of Flanagan Avenue.
• Oct. 29, 8:18 p.m., a fight was reported near the intersection of South Second Street and Hall Avenue.
• Oct. 29, 8:27 p.m., criminal trespassing was reported in the 200 block of South Schoneman Street.
• Oct. 29, 8:33 p.m., a fight was reported in the parking lot of the Blue Moon, 871 S. Broadway.
• Oct. 29, 8:41 p.m., a fight was reported near the intersection of North Bayshore Drive and Anderson Avenue.
• Oct. 29, 9:04 p.m., a fight was reported in the 2600 block of Mexeye Loop.
n Oct. 29, 9:18 p.m., a fight was reported in an alley behind the 600 block of Elrod Avenue.
• Oct. 30, 12:27 a.m., burglary was reported in the 200 block of Wasson Street.
North Bend
• Oct. 29, 9:26 a.m., a vehicle struck a deer in the 1500 block of Newmark Street.
• Oct. 29, 10:43 a.m., someone broke into a vehicle in the 2300 block of Chester Street.
• Oct. 29, 12:16 p.m., a hit-and-run accident was reported in the 3300 block of Broadway Avenue.
• Oct. 29, 1:36 p.m., someone knocked down political signs between Newmark Avenue and Brussels Street.
• Oct. 29, 2:37 p.m., movies were stolen from a trailer in the 1800 block of Sherman Avenue. Estimated loss, $200.
• Oct. 29, 2:20 p.m., someone broke into a vehicle in the 2200 block of Sherman Avenue.
• Oct. 29, 4:31 p.m., someone stole a bike in the 1900 block of Monroe Avenue.
• Oct. 29, 4:37 p.m., criminal trespassing was reported at the Pony Village Mall, 1611 Virginia Ave.
Coquille
• Oct. 28, 4:21 p.m., assault was reported at Coquille High School, 499 W. Central Ave.
• Oct. 28, 10:29 p.m., someone stole gasoline in the 1200 block of Shelley Road.
Reedsport
• Oct. 29, 5:45 p.m., theft of services was reported in the 800 block of Highway Avenue.
Bandon
• Oct. 28, 12:18 p.m., a boy said he was assaulted the night prior at the Dairy Queen, 20 Ninth St. S.W.
Coos County
• Oct. 29, 5:03 a.m., someone stole a vehicle from the 62100 block of U.S. Highway 101.
• Oct. 29, 10:19 a.m., assault was reported in the 93600 block of McKenna Lane.
• Oct. 29, 11:18 a.m., fraud was reported on Geneva Lane.
• Oct. 29, 11:36 a.m., someone received a fraudulent check for $2,900 in the 93700 block of Coos Sumner Lane.
• Oct. 29, 1 p.m., fraud was reported in the 62600 block of Seven Devils Road.
