Oregon Coast Community Action has funds to help families pay heating and utility bills.

Annual funding for the Federal Low Income Energy Assistance Program has increased 40 percent, a press release said. Eligible households must sign up to receive funding on a first-come, first-served basis. The waiting list is open for enrollment starting on Monday, Nov. 3. To sign up, call 888-7056.
