•¿¿¿¿ Why are you running? He would like to offer new ideas. "If elected I feel that my experience in property management, PR skills and being very heavily involved with non-profit groups would be very helpful to our great city! I have put my hat in this race because of the aforementioned experience, I would love to work in the next City Council on all of the issues that would be brought before it to help better our great city continuing to move forward also preserving our rich wonderful history!" Has a good rapport with councilors and will work for consensus. Also would like to work with the Coos County Historical and Maritime Museum to develop a museum on the Coos Bay waterfront.
•¿¿¿¿ What would you like to see happen at the Hollering Place?Supports the project.
•¿¿¿¿ What ideas do you have for improving the city’s urban renewal districts?Thinks the city should consider putting out tax incentives to attract companies to the business district.
•¿¿¿¿ What do you think about the proposal to construct an LNG terminal on the North Spit?Does not have enough information to comment on the project.
• If the Presbyterian Church site falls through, where do you think a fire station should be built?I would hope that the site does not fall through due to the time and money already invested with soil samples, etc. If it were to fall through, I trust that city staff would find another suitable/long term site.
• How would you rate the performance of the current city council?Regarding the performance of the current City Council, I think they have done a very good Job, I would like to thank them very much for all of the time and energy they have invested in our great city!!!
