BLM to close roads for repairs

Three forest roads east of Coquille will be closed for several days over the next month to complete bridge repairs.
Cherry Creek Mainline (No. 27-11-27.0C), off of Cherry Creek County Road, will be closed at milepost 4.3 on Wednesday and Thursday. Camas Creek Road (No. 28-10-12.0C), off the Coos Bay Wagon Road, will be closed at milepost 4.0 Oct. 13-14. Elk Creek Ridge Road (No. 28-11-29.0A) will be closed at milepost 0.10 from Oct. 15-17.
People traveling in these areas should watch for construction equipment and use alternate routes around the closures.
