The Double Dubles team won the final Dodie Blessing Veterans Golf Tournament of the summer.

The Double Dubles, including Dave Duble sr., Dave Duble jr., James White and Joe Higgins, had a total of 61 in the scramble tournament.
That was one shot better than the River Rats, a team including Ben Bareta, Alvin Shivers, Jim Inman and John Gradis. Third place went to the Young Urban Gorrillas (old), including Mel Gitlin, Robbie Gitlin, Roger Poe and Steve Underdown, with a 66.
