The Bay Area Seniors’ Computer Club meets from 9:30 to 11 a.m.  at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 1290 Thompson Road in Coos Bay. Club member Steve Bell will demonstrate the club’s printer, copier and scanner, including how-to information. The club meets every first and third Friday of the month. The Florence Events Center will host the Watercolor Society of Oregon’s fall convention through Sunday. A special tribute to honor Florence’s Katheryn Davis’ 30-year membership to the Society, will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. For more information, call (541) 997-1994.

The Ron Paul Campaign for Liberty Group is hosting a guest speaker, candidate for secretary of state, Rick Dancer at 6 p.m. at the Coney Station Restaurant, 295 S. Broadway, Coos Bay.

A Stable and Free Eternally meeting will be held from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the North Bend Church of God, 1067 Newmark St. The meeting is open to people experiencing any type of addictive behavior. For more information, call 756-6289 or 888-0401.

Bay Area Senior Activity Center offers soups, salads, entrées and desserts at 11:30 a.m. Wednesdays through Fridays. Cost is $4 for BASAC members, $4.50 for non-members.
