The Laura Russo Gallery, 805 NW 21st Ave., in Portland proudly presents artist works by Gregory Grenon and Jackie K. Johnson opening from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 2.

The works will be on display during regular gallery hours through Nov. 1.

Gregory Grenon is a distinctive colorist who paints expressionistic figures directly on glass, according to a press release.

Jackie Johnson reconsiders composition in painting totemic forms that evoke a primal and emotional presence, the release said.
