Just four nights ago, Rhonda Vincent was on stage at Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry. Tonight, she’ll entertain Bay Area music lovers in Mingus Park — for free.
Vincent, a singer and mandolin player, is a seven-time winner of the International Bluegrass Music Association’s female vocalist of the year award.
The concert starts at 7 p.m. as part of Music on the Bay’s Starlight Concert Series. Admission is free. Spectators should bring their own lawn chairs or blankets. For more information, visit Vincent’s Web site, http://www.rhondavincent.com.
