Contributed Photo Rhonda Vincent will play a free concert in Mingus Park tonight.

Just four nights ago, Rhonda Vincent was on stage at Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry. Tonight, she’ll entertain Bay Area music lovers in Mingus Park — for free.

Vincent, a singer and mandolin player, is a seven-time winner of the International Bluegrass Music Association’s female vocalist of the year award.
