Meet this week’s dog and cat available for adoption at the Coos County Animal Shelter in The World’s feature, “Pets of the Week.”

A reference number is provided with the photo for each pet. This week’s pets are:

n Gizmo is a loving and friendly 2-year-old female boxer-lab mix. She likes to cuddle, play and go on walks. Gizmo’s case number is D08-190.

n All black cats and kittens adopted this week, like this little cutie, will get a free spay or neuter.

The Coos County Animal Shelter is located at 600 Southport Road in Coos Bay. Shelter hours are from noon to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays.
