Mill-Luck Salmon Celebration schedule

The festival runs from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, with many activities available anytime both days.

All-day events:

n Native vendors, artisans and demonstrations located throughout the celebration.

n Coquille Indian Tribe cultural display.

n Coquille Indian Tribe Elders frybread booth.

n Flintnapping demonstration

n Stick game exhibition and lessons.

n Traditional canoes and Chinook language.

n Family activity tent showing weaving, children’s tule duck weaving, tule weaving and native design coloring and weaving.

n Canoe racing, 1 to 3 p.m. both days.

Today

10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

n Fishing tools exhibit with David Brainard.

10 to 11:30 a.m.

n Native American dancing with Nick Sixkiller and the Siletz Dancers.

n Native American drum with Coyote Singers.

11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

n Native Flutist Benjamin Grimes.

Noon to 6 p.m.

n Traditional salmon dinner at the salmon pit.

12:30 to 7 p.m.

n Native American music, storytelling and dancing.

7:30 to 9 p.m.

n Williams and Ree in the Salmon Room.

Sunday

10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

n Native American music, storytelling and dancing.

11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

n Traditional salmon dinner at the salmon pit.
