The 27th-annual Colgate Country Showdown Oregon State Final will be held at 7 p.m. at The Mill Casino-Hotel Salmon Room, 3201 Tremont Ave., North Bend. Admission is $5. Tickets are on sale now at the KoKwell Gift Shop inside the Mill Casino-Hotel. For more information on tickets, call the casino at 756-8800.
The Coquille Christian Community Church will hold its 10th-annual Fall Contemporary Concert to Celebrate Jesus at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the church, 625 E 10th St. Donations will be accepted to benefit the Coquille and Myrtle Point Food Banks
A Stable and Free Eternally meeting will be held from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the North Bend Church of God, 1067 Newmark St. The meeting is open to people experiencing any type of addictive behavior. For more information, call 756-6289 or 888-0401.
Bay Area Senior Activity Center offers soups, salads, entrées and desserts at 11:30 a.m. Wednesdays through Fridays. Cost is $4 for BASAC members, $4.50 for non-members.
