Now is the time to buy while interest rates are still low.

Sellers have discounted houses, but in just a few months, rates will be going up. Housing prices will follow. Some homes are now discounted to the cost of land and buildings. In just a few months and years, homes will go up again 25 to 40 percent.

Oil is dropping and fuel is coming down now and interest rates have risen 1 percent just lately.

Homes listed can now be bought for $50,000 less from $250,000.

Social Security was created in 1934. This was a program to help the elderly.

People were assigned a number for this system, but not to be used as a way to be identified as it is used and abused today. The system also was to include persons who were medically unable to work anymore. A lot of these are awarded payments with no method of follow up on their condition. They now hold jobs in businesses that pay “under the table,” where no Social Security is paid by either party.

If they are classed that they cannot work, what is going on?

This is fraud and a slap in the face to me, who has paid since I was 10 years old. This fraud is killing a great program and needs to stop.

I see this all the time in my home town.
