The following are theft and criminal mischief reports from area police department logs.
Coos Bay
* Aug. 22, 2:14 p.m., someone was trespassing in a vacant apartment in the 1000 block of Anderson Avenue.
* Aug. 22, 3:10 p.m., someone dumped trash near Seagate Development, 1889 N. Bayshore Drive.
* Aug. 22, 3:23 p.m., a hit-and-run accident occurred in the 100 block of East First Street.
* Aug. 22, 3:37 p.m., shoplifting was reported at McKay’s Market, 130 N. Cammann St.
* Aug. 22, 4:45 p.m., loud music was reported in the 700 block of F Street.
* Aug. 23, 12:05 a.m., a dispute was reported in the 200 block of Kruse Avenue.
* Aug. 23, 12:36 a.m., a burglary was reported in the 1600 block of North 17th Street.
* Aug. 23, 2:54 a.m., a loud party was reported in the area near North 14th and Birch streets.
* Aug. 23, 3:10 a.m. a domestic disturbance was reported at Motel 6, 1445 N. Bayshore Drive.
North Bend
* Aug. 22, 1:39 a.m., neighbors were fighting in the next trailer at The Mill Casino-Hotel, 3201 Tremont St.
* Aug. 22, 3:04 p.m., a family dispute was reported in the 1800 block of 12th Street.
* Aug. 22, 3:18 p.m., a woman was warned for misuse of a 911 call when she called police from a Pony Village Mall pay phone to report the bus had not picked her up because it was behind schedule.
* Aug. 22, 5:04 p.m., a cell phone was stolen from a taxi in the North Bend area.
* Aug. 22, 5:59 p.m., three people were warned for criminal trespassing and one of them for drinking in public in the 1900 block of Meade Street.
* Aug. 22, 7:13 p.m., a neighbor dispute was reported in the 1700 block of Meade Street.
* Aug. 22, 7:21 p.m., a domestic dispute was reported in the 2200 block of Newmark Street.
* Aug. 22, 10:49 p.m., someone reported a possible theft of firewood near Florida and Sherman avenues.
* Aug. 23, 3:36 a.m., a loud party was reported in the 2200 block of Everett Street.
* Aug. 23, 4:48 a.m., someone reported possible shots being fired near Tower Street and Union Avenue.
* Aug. 23, 12:24 p.m., a verbal dispute was reported near McPherson and Florida avenues.
* Aug. 23, 12:59 p.m., a bicycle was stolen in the 2600 block of 11th Street.
* Aug. 23, 3:50 p.m., criminal trespassing was reported in the 2600 block of State Street.

* Aug. 22, 4:31 p.m., illegal camping was reported in the 200 block of North Dean Street.
* Aug. 22, 5:54 p.m., a customer wrote a bad check and left his Oregon driver’s license behind at Fast Gas, 240 West Highway 42.
Reedsport
* Aug. 22, 8:23 a.m., a large amount of gasoline was stolen in the 200 block of Port Dock Road.
* Aug. 22, 10:15 a.m., a domestic disturbance was reported at East Railroad Avenue.
* Aug. 23, 8:34 p.m., multiple vehicles were being driven recklessly and squealing in the 75000 block of U.S. Highway 101.
Gardiner
* Aug. 22, 11:43 p.m., a Chevrolet pickup truck was stuck in the sand near U.S. Highway 101 and Sparrow Park Road.
Coos County
* Aug. 22, 8:36 a.m., a dispute was reported in the 63000 block of Wallace Road.
* Aug. 22, 12:11 p.m., someone reported that a strange smelling substance had been put in their car’s gas tank, in the 15000 block of state Highway 42.
* Aug. 22, 1:44 p.m., a caller reported two Verizon workers refused to leave his business in the 91000 block of Cape Arago Highway.
* Aug. 22, 1:57 p.m., someone reported his neighbor was shooting a high-powered rifle in the 97000 block of North Lake Lane.
* Aug. 22, 2:17 p.m., someone reported a furnace was stolen from a model home in the 87000 block of Oberman Lane.
