EUGENE (AP) — Two men who allegedly clashed with police during an anti-pesticide rally in downtown Eugene have pleaded not guilty to riot, disorderly conduct and other charges.
Anthony Farley and David Parziale were indicted last week along with a third man — Ian Van Ornum.
Van Ornum will be arraigned today on charges of obstructing traffic and resisting arrest.
All three were University of Oregon students at the time of the May rally.
A Eugene police officer used a stun gun on Van Ornum during his arrest. The 19-year-old Van Ornum and witnesses to the incident have filed a police misconduct complaint. |
