Winchester Bay residents are invited to a discussion about all-terrain vehicles on the streets of Winchester Bay at 6 p.m., on Wednesday at the Winchester Bay Community Center (Grange Hall).

The community opened some streets to ATVs during the sand celebration DuneFest earlier this month. Before such an effort is undertaken again, the community is invited to discuss the Chamber of Commerce proposal, the implementation of the DuneFest plan and the enforcement of the plan.

All opinions are sought to let the Chamber of Commerce, local merchants, the Douglas County commissioners, Douglas County sheriff and anyone else know how the residents of Winchester Bay feel about this topic.
